Full Freight Allowed deliveries are available within our delivery areas. Orders of $1,000 are freight prepaid.

Deliveries to areas not covered by our service area can be arranged, but delivery schedules and terms are subject to change.

Job site deliveries can be made by special arrangement, including a $50 delivery charge per drop-off. Clear directions to the job site must be provided, including the name and phone number of the personal responsible for the receipt of delivery. Make certain the area of delivery can be accessed by a tractor and 53-foot trailer, with a suitable drop-off place.

Returns and replacements are subject to prior approval via a Returned Goods authorization. Calls should be made within 48 hours of delivery. Non-standard and custom orders are regrettably non-returnable. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns of stock items in resalable condition. Credit will be issued upon verification and acceptance of return.
