Air Ducts Products, Inc. (ADP) products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Prices in the ADP catalog are list prices. Your Customer Service Representative will provide you with the multiplier to calculate net prices. Prices in this catalog as well as multipliers and terms are subject to change without notice.
Purchases made during the billing cycle (26th of the prior month through the 25th of the current month) will be due the 10th of the following month. If paid by the 10th a 2% discount will be allowed. All amounts will be net the 11th and no discounts will be allowed. Balances not paid by the 25th of the month will be considered delinquent and assessed a finance charge of 1% per month.
Orders are subject to ADP approval and are not binding until officially approved. You will receive a sales order acknowledgment on the same day of receipt of your purchase order.
Orders for custom and non-standard items are non-cancelable after production has begun the manufacturing process. Orders for ADP standard items may be cancelled at no charge providing material has not been staged or loaded. Cancellation after standard orders have been staged or loaded are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Change orders may be made within 24 hours of receipt of original order and must be in writing. Changes made after 24 hours may result in re-scheduling delivery of the order.
The customer assumes all responsibility for ordering material in proper gauges and specifications to meet the requirements of the job, local codes and ordinances.
Orders are F.O.B. Air Duct Products, Inc., Corona, California.
Full Freight Allowed (FFA) deliveries are available within designated ADP delivery areas. Please call for details. Deliveries to areas not covered by our scheduled service areas can be arranged. Delivery schedule and terms are subject to change without notice.
ADP will confirm all orders the day prior to delivery. Damaged goods or shortages must be reported to the ADP Customer Service Department within 48 hours of delivery for consideration.
ADP will not be held responsible for failure to deliver when conditions are beyond our control.
Job site deliveries can be made by special arrangement and will include a $50.00 delivery charge per drop off. There will also be a $25.00 per half hour waiting charge. A legible map with clear instructions to the job site, including the name and phone number of the person responsible for receipt of delivery must be provided. Make certain the site can be accessed by a tractor and 53 foot trailer and provide a suitable drop-off place.
Scheduled will calls are available at ADP between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Where applicable, standard product sizes and packaging are indicated in the ADP catalog. ADP reserves the right to change the standard packaging and quantities as necessary. Packaging standards are established by ADP unless otherwise arranged.
Returns and replacements are subject to prior approval via a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Calls should be made within 48 hours of delivery. Non-standard and custom order items are non-returnable. Returns will not be accepted without an RGA. A 15% re-stocking charge will apply to all returns of stock items in resalable condition. Credit will be issued upon verification and acceptance of return.
ADP products are made from galvanized prime material, unless otherwise indicated.
ADP reserves the right to revise or improve its products, packaging, pricing, delivery times, and other services without prior notice.
All orders are subject to credit approval.
